Valuence International Singapore began operating luxury brand buying store ALLU in the Philippines in January 2021. The company currently operates four locations with local partners. To expand recognition in the Philippines, attract new customers, promote the spread of reuse, and enhance customer convenience, the company has decided to open ALLU MOA in the City of Pasay.
