The Valuence Group has established the Corporate Governance Basic Policy to ensure fairness and
transparency of management and to realize effective corporate governance as a mechanism for prompt
decision-making.
We have established an external reporting desk from outside as a part of promoting compliance for
reports from business partners and other external parties.
Please contact us at the reporting desk
below if you notice actions in violation of compliance or human rights, or the risk of such actions, by
senior managements or employees of the Valuence Group. The content of the report or consultation shall
be investigated in compliance with relevant regulations and in-house rules and be dealt with
appropriately.
In addition, the content of reports and consultations is treated as confidential
information. All senior managements and employees of the Valuence Group shall act in accordance with the
Code of Conduct, and we protect the privacy of any reporters/consultors, prohibit retaliation, and do
not allow any forms of detrimental treatment toward them.
Any conduct by officers and employees of the Valuence Group that violates or may violate compliance.
(Examples)
Please note that reports relating to personal disputes between individuals, reports considered to be
defamation or libel, matters irrelevant to the Valuence Group, advertising and solicitation of
services, and other reports that lack reliable grounds are not handled by this reporting
system.
Please be advised that, if the above is deemed to be the case, the Valuence Group will
not take any action and will not reply to you regarding receipt of your report.
If requested,
anonymous consultation/reporting will be accepted; however, please understand that doing so could
prevent sufficient investigation and confirmation of facts as well as limit the corrective action
that can be implemented. Furthermore, it could also prevent following up with a response about
investigation results, measures to prevent recurrence, and so on.
In accordance with the
internal regulations, the Valuence Group strictly manages any information received on the reporting
person as well as any information provided in the report. The Valuence Group does not disclose any
of said information for any purpose other than confirming details relating to the report, conducting
investigations in response to the report, carrying out corrective measures and responses, and
similar actions without first obtaining consent from the reporting person (except in cases where
disclosure is required by law).
After accessing the contact page below, please select “External Reporting” from the pull-down menu.
