Hakkoudo Enters Alliance With General Incorporated Association Annshinn Support Center

Nationwide Consultation Services for Inheritance and Estate Planning; Expansion of Areas Covered by Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank’s Ohitorisama Trust

The Valuence Group offers life-changing value tailored to all our stakeholders, encouraging every person in the world to live true to yourself. Valuence Group company Valuence Art & Antiques, Inc. (Osaka, Japan; Kei Fujita, representative) today announced that Valuence Art & Antiques business Hakkoudo has entered an alliance with General Incorporated Association Annshinn Support Center. Beginning October 7, 2020, the organizations will offer inheritance and planning services for customers using the Ohitorisama Trust service rolled out nationwide by Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank.

Expansion of Ohitorisama Trust Service Area to Serve Customers Nationwide

The Ohitorisama Trust is a service provided by Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank to support the personal affairs (post-death affairs) of single persons in case of emergency. In connection with this service, General Incorporated Association Annshinn (“Annshinn Support”) will provide post-death support services based on intended desires of the customer. Launched in December 2019 as a service to support single persons living in this era of 100-year life expectancies, service areas have been expanded from certain locations in Kanto, Chukyo, and Kansai regions to the entire country of Japan.
Hakkoudo owned and operated by Valuence Art & Antiques, Inc., will be working with Annshinn Support in the disposition of household items and erasure of digital remains.
Although average life and health life expectancies are increasing, persons who are single, who have no relatives, or who live apart from their families have cause for concern in the event of an unforeseen emergency or incident. By offering inheritance and estate liquidation services in conjunction with Annshinn Support, Hakkoudo helps every customer approach life after death with peace of mind.

Hakkoudo Appraisal and Decluttering Service

In conjunction with Annshinn Support, Hakkoudo offers a combined Appraisal and Decluttering Service. Through this service, Hakkoudo helps customers answer questions about where to start with estate liquidation, how to declutter and empty houses, and inventorying and consulting regarding remaining belongings.
Art and antiques are often difficult to value, and sometimes these articles are disposed of as-is or sold for unnecessarily low prices. Hakkoudo not only identifies valuable items, but also gives appraisals and conducts purchases at fair prices. The company offers a one-stop service for estate liquidation, organizing items for disposal and digital belongings, helping customers organize their household assets with minimum effort.
