The ALLU preview service allows customers to order items found online for examination at nearby ALLU or Nanboya locations before making a purchase. ALLU launched this service to provide customers with greater peace of mind related to their purchases, since the condition of luxury brand reuse goods may differ item to item. ALLU encourages customers to use this service, which is available free, without shipping charges or cancellation fees.
How to use the preview service
1 Click the “Examine item in the shop” button on the product detail page of the product in question.
2 Select a location, provide contact information, and click the “Confirm Order” button.
3 After the order is complete, ALLU ships the product to the shop specified, and then sends the customer a notification email to confirm completion of the order.
