This team consists of watch technicians with over 30 years of experience, Graduate Gemologist-certified employees (the world’s most prestigious jewelry certification), and estate sales specialists and other employees that specialize in each genre and brand of bags, luxury watches, jewelry, antiques, and art. We train each value designer in a variety of areas from product knowledge and appraisal skills to customer service etiquette. Only those who pass rigorous company tests are dispatched to our stores.

    Every Valuence buying office looks more like a salon than a reuse business. Nanboya locations present clean spaces inviting to any customer who might want to drop by while out on other errands during the day. Hakkoudo locations offer a quiet atmosphere and comfortable temperatures to encourage calm, considered interactions with customers. We are also concerned with customer privacy. To this end, we provide private booths that foster a relaxed feeling.

    Brand Strategy Focused on Convenience.

    All Valuence buying offices are conveniently located near public transportation, which encourages customers to drop by when they are out on other business. We also place locations within department stores and shopping malls for customers to enjoy shopping after selling us items they no longer need. In addition to buying offices, we offer buying by mail and in-home buying throughout Japan, as well as LINE appraisal (convenient appraisal through the LINE app) for the convenience of customers who are busy or who might live some distance from our physical locations.

  • In July 2019, we opened our first overseas luxury brand goods buying store ALLU in Hong Kong. Since then, we opened more than 30 stores overseas under the trade name ALLU to expand our Japanese-style hospitality buying business worldwide.
